A losing day!!!!!!

Well i think the title pretty much sums up how my day went. The thing that sucks about this is i feel like i was playing pretty good and just got unlucky in a few spots. I really would've been up a good amount on full tilt like 2k or something but instead i lost like 700. I was playing really well on ft, picking up a lot of pots, but got my money in a few times as a huge favorite and got sucked out on. Usually this really would piss me off but i am really happy about the way i dealt with the bad beats. Instead of getting pissed/going on tilt i really buckled down and was able to turn my 2.5k deficit to only being down around 700. As for pokerstars i don't really know what to say about whats going on there right now. I haven't had a winning session on there in over a week and i really think I'm just going to stay away from there for a bit. I am running really bad on there which is leading me to play defensive poker and i just feel like i need to take a few days off from there. That pretty much sums up my poker from yesterday and I'm not sure if i will be playing tonight or not so check back tonight or tomorrow and I'm out.

This is a pretty good flop for me and for him if he thinks that i was raising with a hand like ak. So i throw a very weak looking bet out there of 140 just hoping he puts me on ak and shoves his pair and thats exactly what he does. I then inst-push his last money in and then of course he hits his 2 outer gg me.

Once he bets the 50 on the flop i know he doesnt have the straight but something like 910/q10/qj so i decide to check raise here. I play a flopped straight here the same way and if he just calls im pushing the turn regardless what hits. instead he shoves all in and i figure i have a zillion outs and feeling like gambling but i miss gg me.

A winning day!!!!!!

It doesn't seem like i have been able to say I've had a winning day in a while so i figured i would make it the title. I have been doing really well in the 5/10 nl game on Full tilt but i seriously haven't put up a winning session on pokerstars in forever. Its almost to the point to where i am scared to even play on there and that is no way to play poker. I did play in the big 215 buy in tournament today on pokerstars and it was a total waste of time like usual. There were like 10000 people in the tournament with it paying the top 1300 and i managed to bust out like 1700th or something, huge waste of time. Luckily i was able to put up some good numbers on Full tilt again so i am at least able to say that i had a winning day. I had another losing day on pokerstars so hopefully i can turn that around one of these days since i haven't won on there in like a week or so. Anyways here are some hands from today and I'm out.

Once he check raises i know he has a big hand and is going no where if i push so i decide to just call and i miss everything.

In my opinion this guy played the hand horribly but he ended up with the money so good play i guess? I really hate his flat call of 250 on the flop here because he is really calling hoping for a 2 because if a 7 comes off then he could be beat and if not its going to slow the action down big time. But as you can see he hits the perfect card and i end up losing a big pot right before i got off.

I am playing right now in the Sunday tournament on pstars so this is going to be a short post until later. Yesterday i played on fulltilt and pokerstars without any success. I was playing really well but it just seemed like nothing would hold up and i was missing every draw. I was about 1k on the day until I lost 2 big pots on full tilt that really prevented me from having a winning session.
