Day # 36....

Today was a really good day for me especially in poker. I was able to put together around a 7 hour session and was able to put up some good numbers on both stars and full tilt. Pokerstars started off pretty rocky and really stayed that way the whole time i played there. It seemed like every time i bet i was getting raised, every time i called i was losing, and every time i bluffed i was getting called. I wasn't really getting much going but luckily i was able to win a couple big pots which allowed me to have a winning session and sometimes that's all it takes. I'm not happy with my play at all today on pstars but the results are nice for really playing bad and running bad today. Full tilt was pretty much a roller coaster ride today. I played 2 tables of 5/10 nl and the tables were really playing pretty weak like they usually are. The reason i say it was a roller coaster is because i was up like 1500, then all of a sudden down 500, and finally i was able to get on a nice run before i logged off. The caliber of play on ft is so much weaker than on pstars it is amazing. Like i said before i really think i can make some serious money in the 5/10 on full tilt just as long as my hands hold up. Which with full tilt you never know whats going to happen when you get your money all in as a favorite, Full tilt has way more bad beats than on pokerstars its sick. Anyways i am starting to ramble on again so i am going to get some sleep so here are some hands from today's play and I'm out.

http://www.pokerhand.org/?841895 - I was calling this bet on the river even if the spade didn't come. His big bet on the turn is where i realized he was running a bluff. I couldve raised the turn and put it all in there but i really had him on nothing and if a blank hit the river i am calling whatever he bets.

I had him on a heart draw so i checked the river hoping he would realize the only way he can win is to bluff but i was wrong and he had 2 pair. So i couldve got some more out of him on the river but probably not much more maybe another 200 tops. I am really surprised he didn't raise this up on the flop because if i limped with a hand like aa/kk he has me crushed.

http://www.pokerhand.org/?841918 - here i was 100% sure i had the best hand on the river but i don't know what this guy was doing here. I had been playing a lot of hands so it wasn't like i was playing tight but i guess he had me on JJ or something?????? interesting.

I just call now because i cant fire out a big bluff here because he wont call with that board ,but if a 2 comes off or something i come over the top for like 200 more.

http://www.pokerhand.org/?841924 - I have him on exactly qj here and i know he doesn't fold if i push the flop so i call to see if i can hit the turn and i did kind of. The 6 now gives me 4 more outs to hit the straight so I'm getting about the right odds to call the 200 more, if he has 3 more i have to fold here.

I just had this weird feeling he had a big hand and he ended up having aces here and i got off really cheaply in this spot. If i couldve somehow folded the turn or the river it would've been amazing but a LOT of players lose way more money in this spot. They say sometimes poker players have a 6th sense and i could definitely feel it here, spooky haha.
